Research Description

Dr. Limberg is interested in mechanisms that contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and interventions that can reverse and/or prevent cardiovascular disease risk. Her group currently studies how blood flow and blood pressure are modulated by the nervous system, the effect of pharmacological and non-pharmacological (e.g. exercise) interventions, and how these factors may differ by sex.
